How do I cancel my Mondly subscription?

What you need to know 

  • Your Mondly subscription renews automatically unless canceled. 
  • To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date. 
  • Deleting the Mondly app does not cancel your subscription. 
  • Subscriptions are managed by external platforms and need to be cancelled where you originally set up your subscription 

To cancel, follow the steps for the store where you originally subscribed: 

  • App Store (Apple ID) 
  • Google Play (Android) 
  • Huawei AppGallery 
  • Mondly website (Verifone/2Checkout) 

Step 1: Find out where you bought your subscription 

Check your email inbox 

Look for a confirmation or receipt email from: 

  • Apple - If the email is from Apple or iTunes, the subscription was made in the App Store 
  • Google - If it’s from Google Play, it was made through Android 
  • Verifone/2Checkout - If the email is from support@2checkout.com or mentions “Your order on https://www.mondly.com: Payment received”, the subscription was made on the Mondly website 
  • Huawei - If the email is from AppGallery or Huawei, the purchase was made through a Huawei device 

Check your subscriptions on your device 

  • On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions 
  • On Android: Open Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions 
  • On Huawei: Open AppGallery > Me > Subscriptions 

If you don’t see the subscription in any of these, it was likely purchased via the Mondly website (Verifone/2Checkout).

  • Your order number (if available) 

⚠️ We cannot search for subscriptions using credit card details, billing address, or name only. The order number is required to manage your subscription 

✅ Step 2: Cancel your subscription 

  •  If purchased through the App Store (iOS) 

Follow Apple’s official instructions:

  •  If purchased through Google Play (Android) 
  1. Open the Google Play Store 
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner 
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions 
  4. Tap Subscriptions 
  5. Select Mondly 
  6. Tap Cancel subscription

  •  If purchased through the Mondly website (Verifone / 2Checkout) 
  1. Go to: 2Checkout My Account login 
  2. Enter your email address or order number 
  3. Check your email for the login link from 2Checkout (check spam too) 
  4. Click Continue to sign in 
  5. Go to the My Products tab 
  6. Stop automatic subscription renewal under subscription status

Can I cancel my subscription from inside the Mondly app or website? 

No. Subscriptions must be canceled through the store where you originally subscribed. 

Will I lose Premium access immediately after canceling? 

No. You’ll keep your access until the end of your current billing period.
