What if you bought a subscription but do not have access to it?

Check that you are signed in with the Mondly account on which you bought the subscription. If you bought the subscription through App Store, you always have the option of restoring it in the Mondly mobile apps.

Restoring the purchase (available only for the iOS Mondly app)

  1. Open the Mondly app
  2. Tap on your profile (the circle in the top-left corner)
  3. Scroll down and tap ‘Restore purchases’
