How do we track the data on the app?

We use different ways to track data on the app, depending on what kind of data we collect and how we use it. Some standard methods include:

  • Analytics tools: We use analytics tools like Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics to track user behavior on the app. These tools can collect data on user sessions, screen views, and in-app actions, which can be used to understand how users interact with the app.
  • User surveys: We sometimes include surveys or feedback forms asking users about their app experience. This can provide valuable insights into user satisfaction, preferences, and pain points.
  • User accounts: The app requires users to create an account or log in with an existing account to use the app. This can allow the app to collect data on user demographics, interests, and behavior, which can be used for personalization or marketing purposes.
  • App permissions: When users download Mondly, they are asked to grant permission to access certain data on their device (such as location or microphone).

We are transparent with users about what data is being collected and how it will be used. The Mondly Apps include a privacy policy that explains their data collection practices, and users can delete their accounts with data anytime.
