How do I delete my account?

If you're looking to delete your account, you have two options: direct account deletion through the Mondly mobile app or request deletion via our support team.

1. Account Deletion on iOS

• Open the iOS Mondly mobile app and sign in
• Navigate to 'Profile Photo' in the top-left corner
• Access 'Account info'
• Choose 'Delete account'
• Choose 'Delete account' again to confirm your choice

2. Account Deletion on Andriod

• Open the Android Mondly mobile app and sign in
• Navigate to 'Settings' in the top-left corner
• Access 'About'
• Choose 'Delete account'
• Select "Delete account" again to confirm your choice

3. Request account deletion via our support team

• If you're looking to delete your data, you can request the deletion via our support team.
• Access https://www.mondly.com/contact or email us at support@mondly.com, send us your Mondly account and request the deletion.

Note: We completely anonymize your data once we get your deletion request so that you can no longer be identified as a Mondly user.
