About the Position:

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention for Mondly through cross-channel marketing, data-driven experimentation and feedback loops from our customers, product and marketing teams. You will play a key role in driving monetization and conversion for Mondly, maximizing subscription revenue, all while working closely with product teams to offer a world-class user experience to language learners worldwide.




  • Deeply understand our customers, gather customer feedback, and translate it into insights that inform our product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies;
  • Craft and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for our products and features, starting from customer insights to product positioning, choice of channels, and implementing the campaign;
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for funnel optimization;
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute experiments to test hypotheses and solve problems all along the funnel;
  • Build and implement growth strategies and tactics to drive user acquisition, conversion, and engagement;
  • Work cross-functionally with product, digital marketing, design, and engineering to solve problems and drive growth;
  • Be up to speed with everything new in product marketing and growth, learn continuously, and implement best practices.




  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in B2C product marketing in a fast-paced tech company.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing complex go-to-market strategies involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional work.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract actionable insights to inform both the marketing strategy and the product roadmap.
  • Excellent understanding of go-to-market channels for B2C tech products, both BTL and ATL.
  • Previous experience in designing and executing different types of experiments (including A/B tests).
  • Exquisite analytical and problem-solving skills. Critical thinker that knows their way around data, is able to extract insights and prioritize problems to solve.
  • Great stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across various teams (marketing, product, design, engineering).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into easy-to-understand knowledge for non-specialists.
  • Bias for (tr)action. You are results-driven and impact-oriented.
