About the Position:


As CRM Manager you will shape the end-to-end customer experience, rebuilding customer lifecycle journeys, driving experimentation and running referral programs to boost our organic growth. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, design and data to deliver impactful and data-driven CRM initiatives. You will also manage and optimize our CRM channels, having customer experience at the core of decision-making.


 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the end-to-end redesign of our customer experience, auditing and rebuilding existing lifecycle journeys to optimize for engagement and monetization;
  • Own the lifecycle strategy and execution for Mondly;
  • Build and manage the CRM experimentation infrastructure and run A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of your campaigns and optimize them accordingly;
  • Design and launch robust referral programs, constantly experimenting to improve its efficiency and impact;
  • Act as the ultimate owner of our CRM channels, including, but not limited to email, push notifications, in-app messages, etc. ensuring high deliverability, relevance and performance;
  • Track the performance of our lifecycle journeys by consistently monitoring and reporting on key CRM metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Oversee the segmentation of customers for targeted marketing and communication initiatives;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, design and data teams to ensure alignment and coordination of CRM initiatives in the wider Mondly & Pearson ecosystems;
  • Be up to speed with everything new in CRM, share your insights with the wider team and learn continuously to implement best practices.


 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM & lifecycle management in high-growth tech, fashion or e-commerce companies
  • Proven track record in building lifecycle journeys and running CRM experiments. Previous experience with referral programs is an advantage
  • Previous experience with handling, scheduling and project managing high-volume customer communications in a fast-moving B2C environment
  • Excellent understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. Braze, SFMC) and analytics platforms.
  • Exquisite copywriting skills, with the ability to write clear, concise and engaging copy for different audiences and channels
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail and an unparalleled commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • A self-starter attitude, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
